A Farming Fatality

A farmer Henry Littledike, was engaged clearing on his farm near Loch yesterday when a limb from a burning tree fell, striking him on the head and killing him instantly, his skull being fractured. The deceased was a prominent public man in the district.

GLEW: On the 5th July at Epworth Hospital, Alice, dealy loved wife of W.H.Glew, of Pyramid Hill, loving mother of George, Ernest, Mena and Emily, daughter of Abigail and the late Henry Littledike, sister of Emilie (Mrs Clough), Elvie (Mrs Erickson), Henry and Mena Littledike aged 53 years. (Privately interred at Greensborough.)
